Perfect for balconiesThis is my second half-round umbrella, and I ll keep buying them. My first lasted a couple of summers, but the fabric doesn t last forever, so I figure this one should last a couple of years as well. This one has withstood some fairly high winds, and the ribs are quite sturdy. Just remember that you ll need a base for it to stand in, and that doesn t come with it. You ll also need a way to secure it to something - mine is secured to the eaves of my house with Velcro straps.
