Please be aware that there are three model numbers that may fall in the same review bucket. My review is for the model 48097A. I ordered the Ivory color and it is beautiful. Assembly was very easy and no missing parts. Chair cushions are a little stiff but comfortable. Lumbar adjustment is a nice feature. Chair adjustments are made with paddle shifter like mechanisms Just like bicycle shifter brake lever cable system. This feature is AWESOME And nowhere on the item description does it mention this feature. Not sure how these will wear in the long term. But for the moment I am very pleased with this purchase.
