Modest in MN: Sturdy, fully assembled, weather resistant.

Sturdy, fully assembled, and I got two on sale. Now I need to watch for another sale as the price was very good. I am hoping they can stand up to MN winters in my screen-house. Update - forgot one on my deck all through this long winter of ice, snow, freezes and thaws. It is still just like new. Good deal.
