Slight damage is disappointing Drawer is messed upI was very disappointed that when we opened the package, which was crushed on the bottom and had a slit in the side, we found damage to two corners and a big scratch. I tried to figure out how to file a claim because it s not enough damage to warrant a return, plus it s a heavy item and we live in a remote area. I cannot figure out how to use the a to z guarantee and not sure why it does not apply. I gave product packaging feedback and photos but seems like no other recourse. Update when assembled the drawer does not work smoothly. Will have to try to fix ourselves...
