The first chair was delivered with 2 left arms so we were advised to order a new one, take out the part we needed and ship it back. We were not charged but it s still inconvenient to have to take it to a UPS drop off. The chair itself is well represented by the picture but it s not as sturdy as we would prefer. The chair itself just sits on the base so you have to be careful how you move it if you are moving it around because it can pop off.
