Sturdy and nice weight to this kitchen set.Let me start off by saying I m very pleasantly surprised how strong and heavy this set is. I am 6 3 and 290lbs. I feel very comfortable in saying this set can handle the weight. Now the assembly of set went fairly good . Follow directions in tightening of screws and bolts because parts need to be assembled and tightened in order to allow you to align table shelves and chair legs and backs of chairs. 3 drawbacks to instruction sheet and wooden dowel hole on chair. And baby bicycle wrench . Do yourself a favor use a 12mm socket and ratchet wrench to tighten chair hardware hex head nuts and bolts are 12mm. Also you ll need a good philips 2 screwdriver or battery run screw gun be careful not to overtighten screws and hex head nuts and bolts. Used the Allen wrench provided but if you prefer your own use it gotta be stronger then the one supplied. Also had problem with dowel rod hole in chair leg too small had to ream out with large drill bit so dowel rod would hold secure . All in all good set for the money. My cat likes storage area . Also bought dark brown vinyl table cover 36 round expands to 46 round also on Amazon .
