Customer reviewsWould buy these again.
We bought two sets of these to replace our 25 year old wooden country style stools. Besides giving our kitchen s eating area a more modern industrial look they go very well with our brushed stainless steel appliances. They are very sturdy as they are welded together rather then using nuts and bolts which could come loose. If you are looking for a bright chrome do not pick these, as they are more of a gunmetal gray with a lacquer coating. The cross rods that are located under the seat have plastic pads on them to protect the metal when stacking the stools. As an added bonus not mentioned in the product description , each stool comes with a seat pad and hardware for installation if you choose to use them. But if used you would lose the use of the hand hold in the seat which is handy when moving the stool.
