Would not recommend taking this up stairs without a buddy to assist ...The box this comes in is big Would not recommend taking this up stairs without a buddy to assist lift. It took about ten minutes to assemble, and came with all of the required parts. It is extremely adjustable with great, firm support. I am a big fan of the adjustable lumbar and head support pillows. If I had to provide one criticism it would be that the armrests, while made of a soft-ish rubber and are adjustable so you can find a good position, could use some more padding. Still, totally worth the purchase and plan on buying again from this manufacturer.
