These stools are greatI looked at a lot of stools before deciding on these Costway Swivel Bar Stools. The best feature is that they are height adjustable. The packing was excellent. The pieces were wrapped very well. The hardware was encased in individual plastic packets joined together. Nothing was missing. Assembly was pretty straightforward. A pictorial instruction sheet was enclosed. I actually like these much better than a written one. Translation from foreign languages can be very confusing but amusing . The most challenging part was putting on the foot rest. The first stool was a lot of trial and error, but the second one was much easier. Some reviewers had problems with the allen wrenches, but I didn t. The only improvement in the design I could suggest would be to add a second footrest closer to the bottom. When the stool is adjusted at its lowest level, the footrest is really too high to be comfortable. I ended up just wrapping my legs around the front legs below the footrest. Just like any other barstools, they are not comfortable for long periods. But I got them to work puzzles since regular chairs don t work well. I end up sitting, standing, perching etc., depending on what part of the puzzle I m working on. These are just what I was looking for. Good purchase
