Poor Service SupportI purchased 3 of these counter stools, 2 work fine and the third failed after about a month of use. The chair seat came loss from the swivel. I contacted Ashley s customer service to get repair replacement of the stool. They directed me to the customer support representative handling the Amazon account. During the 2 or so months it took to get the corret part I must of called the rep at least 20 times for help. Of the 20 times I called she only returned 3 or 4 of my calls. I was so frustrated that the Ashley customer support rep forwarded me to her supervisor. I left 2 messages with the supervisor to call me back, but again, I never received a callback. Finally nearly 3 months pasted and I received the correct part. The chair now works fine. My biggest complaint was the lack of communications and feedback from both the Ashley Amazon rep. and her supervisor.
