I bought this bench for a reception area. If I were reviewing it based on my expectations and desires I would give it 1 star. I thought it would be uncomfortable, causing people not to want to sit long. My purpose was to avoid having employees hang out on the bench during their downtime, while still providing a decent place for guests to wait a few minutes for a meeting or appointment. This bench is VERY comfortable. The seat is firm, but not hard, and it is very sturdy. Assembly was simple, requiring only one tool which was provided. I m considering putting one in the entryway of my house.
